As a Clinic Receptionist (or Patient Services Executive as we’ll call you), you’re an ambassador for CRGW/Care Fertility in all of your interactions, whether it’s meeting and greeting patients as they arrive at the clinic, or answering the phone to respond to enquiries.
Delivering first-class service to everybody is second nature to you, you’re friendly, passionate and positive. You deliver a memorable experience of all our patients.
You have great attention to detail and you demonstrate this when you’re registering new patients, or inputting their data on our systems – everything is done accurately.
It’s essential that you’ve got outstanding customer service skills and you’ve worked in a reception/front of house role with high value customers. Your communication skills are exemplary, you’re polite, courteous and helpful to patients at all times.
Location/Benefits:
This is a full-time role working on a rota between 08:00-17:00 from Mon-Fri (shifts could start 08:00, 08:30 or 09:00) with the potential to adopt weekend working (Saturdays) working in the near future.
Based at our Plymouth Clinic (10 William Prance Rd, Plymouth PL6 5WR)
