About the Role:
As a Specialist Practitioner in Fertility Care, you'll provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based fertility care throughout the patient journey. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll coordinate and support treatment cycles, deliver specialist clinical interventions, provide emotional support, and help patients navigate what can often be a life-changing experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered healthcare professional with fertility experience who is looking to further develop their specialist knowledge and clinical practice within a leading fertility organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:
-Delivering high-quality fertility care and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
-Supporting patients through fertility assessments, treatment planning and treatment cycles.
-Providing treatment information, pre-conception advice and emotional support.
-Working closely with colleagues across the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
-Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
-Participating in on-call telephone support where required.
-Supervising and supporting the development of colleagues and sharing specialist knowledge.
-Contributing to continuous improvement, quality initiatives and service development.
-Developing and maintaining competence in specialist and extended-scope fertility practice where appropriate.

About You:
We're looking for someone who is:

-A registered practitioner with a UK professional regulatory body.
-Experienced in fertility care and/or reproductive medicine.
-Passionate about delivering patient-centred care and exceptional patient experiences.
-Confident in managing clinical priorities and making safe clinical decisions.
-An excellent communicator with the ability to support patients through sensitive and emotional situations.
-A collaborative team player who embodies professionalism, compassion and integrity.
-Committed to continuous professional development and maintaining clinical excellence.

Essential Requirements:
-Current professional registration with a UK regulatory body.
-Degree-level qualification or equivalent clinical experience.
-Demonstrable experience and expertise in fertility care or reproductive medicine.
-Strong understanding of fertility treatment planning and patient-centred care.
-Experience supporting, supervising or developing colleagues.
-Evidence of continued professional development and revalidation requirements.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
Experience in extended-scope fertility practice, such as:

-Embryo Transfer
-IUI
-FET
-Sedation
-Ultrasound Practice
-Non-Medical Prescribing
-Experience in audit, quality improvement or service development activities.
-Evidence of postgraduate study, specialist certification or Level 7 development.
