Patient Services Executive
Care Fertility Bath
37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm with weekend & bank holidays on a rota.
Salary: £25,284.50 per annum FTE
Positions available: 1x Permanent and 1x Fixed Term

We are looking for two Patient Services Executive's to join our team at Care Fertility Bath either on a permanent or fixed-term basis. In this vital administration-based role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert and seamless support throughout their fertility journey.

Working closely with both clinical and administrative teams, you will help ensure every patient experience reflects our values while delivering a professional and efficient service.

What We're Looking For:

-Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
-NHS experience is highly desirable, including knowledge of NHS systems and processes (approximately two years' experience preferred).
-Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion in every interaction.
-A proactive, flexible and supportive approach to work.
-A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service.
