You’ll have regular check ins with your Quality Managers to see what’s happening in their clinic, what they’ve found and where you can add value.
You’ll collate information relevant to any event – maybe a complaint, incident or audit finding of non-conformance – and analyse the information using a systems approach, write up your findings and work with relevant teams to identify how we can do things better then drive change to help us do things right first time.
Here at Care, you can truly affect organisational change, you’ll get the chance to see things through to the end. You’ll help us to continuously improve and do things better.
This is a new role to Care Fertility; you’ll get the chance to really establish and influence how the role develops and show us the value you can bring. This is a unique opportunity to raise your profile and establish yourself as an expert in the business.
About you:
You may currently be a Case Investigator, or you may be a Complex Case Investigator, Complaints Investigating Officer, or a Case Manager.
You’re good with data and metrics, you’re experienced in root cause analysis and incident management. Naturally curious, you’re interested in understanding why people are working the way they do – you’re not afraid to challenge established processes and practices.
You’re a good listener with great communication skills, both written and verbal. You’re good at document writing and you can clearly translate jargon, or complex medical language into easy to digest language.
You’re tenacious and resilient, you’re able to find creative solutions that work with the systems and resources we have in place.
Location/Benefits:
This is a hybrid role where you’ll primarily work from home, however you’ll need to visit the clinics in your region on a weekly basis (there will be a need for overnight stays – maybe once a month). Your region should cover Bath, Tunbridge Wells and London, however travel to other clinics will be required.
In a company where hard work and great results are recognised, you can look forward to a supportive culture of collaboration where we value each other.
• Salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience
• 33 Days annual leave (inc. public holidays)
• Pension scheme
• Life assurance
• A range of other benefits including retail discounts, a wellbeing hub, holiday trading
